He strongly believes that marketing and successfully selling property is a people business. Buying and selling real estate can be very stressful and he fully understands the importance of being empathetic to all concerned.
His strong interest in lifestyle and rural property and his love of the land is the result of having been involved with equestrian sport, particularly hunting, for some 40 years. These sporting contacts make up an important background network of buyers and sellers.
Nigel shares his passion for horses with his wife Pixie and he is looking forward to having some of his grandchildren out riding with him in the near future. He firmly believes that if he is not adding value to a property transaction, with his knowledge and his negotiating skills, then he is not doing his job.
